Pumping is maintenance to keep your septic system operating at it's best. It reduces solid buildups and protects from a costly replacement of your drainfield or mound system. Every system is different. Holding tanks require pumping when they are full or near full. You see many of these in campgrounds or on lakes, cabins. Standard home septic systems typically require pumping and cleaning every 3 years. This is for a standard family and usage. We have some customers that need a pumping once a year do to usage and many multiple people in a single home. While we try and keep everything easy and consistent, there are always special circumstances.
-Inaccessible tanks, Access, or Duration of time since last cleaning.
-Tanks too far for truck.
-Non compliant tanks.
-Roots or too much debris in tanks.
-Tree lines in driveways that are too low. (We don't want to tear up or trucks)
There are options to correct some of these items but at additional costs. If you are unsure of what you have you can always, call, text, messenger or email. We would be happy to give you some guidance on your system.
Costs Are Based On A Few Items:
